The hybrid helmet technology, a combination of inmold and hard shell, allows the construction of large ventilation ducts and openings, which are actively regulated. The CHEOS ski helmet scores highly with one of the best ventilation systems on the helmet market - making it the perfect companion for freeriding. It also features a neckwarmer and washable interior. It guarantees a perfect fit with the adaptation featuring the Run System Ergo Snow, which is adjustable in height by 3D-Fit.
Run System Ergo Snow
Alpina ski helmets rely on the tried and tested Run System, a flexible head adjustment system with central turning wheel. Turning the headband makes it narrower or wider. The large adjustment wheel is made of a handy two-component blend and can be operated perfectly with ski gloves.
The 3D Fit system allows a height adjustment of the run system at the back of the head in fivefold gradation. As a result, the adaptation of the helmet can be made even more customised and accurate, while the wearing comfort and safety and the fit precision can be increased.
A deeply pulled-down neckwarmer at the back of the helmet made of comfortable and soft microfleece.
The interchangeable lining can be taken out, washed with lukewarm soapy water and simply put back into place.
Ventilation openings on the helmet can be opened and closed with a slider to regulate the air flow.
Removable ear cushions ensure a clear ride in warm weather - without compromising the protective function.
As part of the Hybrid Tec manufacturing process, the outer hardshell helmet shell is connected to the inner shell using the In-Mold-Tec process.
Edge Protect is applied in the INMOLD process at the lower edge of the helmet - a real safety bonus for side impact.
